Our tortilla chips, seasoned lightly with salt, chile or guacamole, are renowed for their just-baked crispness, another La Autentica treat. Tortilla bowls to fill as you like are another product you’ll find at our stores. We produce our own corn and flour tortillas in our seven Tortillerias. LA AUTENTICA IN THE BAKERY You’ve probably tried our famous Tres Leches cakes: three kinds of milk and fresh fruit create a creamy dream of a white cake, available in all sizes and for custom orders. The recipe is authentically Mexican and as light as it is sweet. Oh, and delicious, too. We create a whole variety of sweet and savory La Autentica products, from bolillos (crusty white hoagie-type rolls) to teleras (soft white sandwich rolls).
