| Baker/Donut Fryer General Description: Customer service, bakery production and salesmanship are the primary duties of the Baker/Donut Fryer. Customer needs and requests are to be attended to in a courteous and assertively friendly manner. The Baker is expected to use good salesmanship techniques in promoting the department's products. He/she is responsible for the preparation and selling of products, proper display, rotation, sanitary handling of the product, overall cleanliness in the department, and the completion of various assigned tasks under the direction of his/her supervisors. The Baker/Donut Fryer will also fry donuts, using hot oil as needed. Minimum Requirements: · CURRENT HEALTH CARD · Outgoing personality with a sincere desire to serve the public. · Some retail or counter service sales experience preferred but not required. · Neat, clean, businesslike appearance. · Salesmanship skills a must. · Willingness to work with hot oil. · Previous donut frying experience preferred, but can train. · Flexibility to work very early morning shifts and weekends as needed · Consistent standing, bending, stooping, lifting.
