Floral Lead

Job Description:

·        Will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Floral Department.

·        Will do ordering, inventory, dept. maintenance and upkeep. 

·        Responsible for meeting quarterly department gross and labor goals.  

·        Maintaining upkeep and quality of floral merchandise. 

·        Responsible for holiday promotional sales.

Minimum Requirements:

·        Current Food Handler Card.

·        Appreciation for and love of plants and flowers.

·        Previous experience in floral arranging.

·        Exceptional customer service skills.

·        Dept. buying experience.

·        Consistent standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
