| Employee Relations Specialist General Description: With an employee population of 1,200, you will be responsible for assisting management and employees with all aspects of employee relations (including guidance and investigations). A modified schedule including part-time, compressed work week or flexible working schedule may be available to interested and qualified applicants. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5-10 years experience as an HR generalist with a strong emphasis or additional training in Employee Relations
- Previous experience in union grievance procedures and will have substantive skills in conflict resolution, policy procedures and compliance as well as investigation techniques
