| Accounting Clerk
General Description:Responsible for reconciling reports from 20 stores with their data sources and reconciling point-of-sale daily reports. Reviews packets from stores, sorts contents and conveys to appropriate parties. Alerts accountant to any trends in overs and shorts from stores. Contact person for bookkeeper questions.
Qualifications: Two years retail experience in bookkeeping. Experience in service center or front-end a plus. Problem solving and analytical thinking ability important. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and professional writing ability required. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access software experience as well as familiarity with Great Plains accounting software a plus. |
