| Variety Manager Description: Responsible for ordering, merchandising, inventory of non-food items. Responsible for completing department paperwork, labor, and gross. Where applicable will also oversee the bulk foods and/or video departments. Where applicable monitors ordering, merchandising and inventory of bulk food and non-leased video departments. Other Employment Responsibilities:Complies with laws/regulations and company policies including those regarding confidentiality, honesty, and business ethics. Maintains responsive and cooperative relationships with supervisors, co-workers,vendors, customers, and other personnel. Accomplishes assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner within standards established by supervisor. Participates in training and professional development. Demonstrates the "Please the customer first" credo. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications:Current Food Handler Card Exceptional customer service skills. Previous experience as a department team leader a strong plus. Where applicable, previous experience in video required. Organization and communication skills.
